Beschreibung
The 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA cloth sanding belt is designed for consistent performance and maximum precision. Thanks to the three-dimensional pyramids made of micron-grade aluminum oxide, new, sharp grit is continuously exposed during sanding. This ensures consistently high cutting performance and achieves a fine, reproducible finish.
Unlike traditional abrasives, the Trizact™ belt runs cooler, thereby preventing overheating. Thanks to the durable yet flexible X-fabric backing, the belt adapts perfectly to contours, curves, and complex workpiece shapes. It is particularly well-suited for intermediate sanding, fine sanding, and polishing processes prior to painting or coating.
The resin-bonded abrasive layer is heat-resistant and resists grain loss even under heavy pressure. Uniform grain distribution reduces effort and saves processing time, as fewer passes are required. The integrated film backing ensures vibration-free operation and prevents annoying chatter marks.
With up to five times longer service life compared to standard abrasives, high process reliability, and a uniform finish, the 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA is the ideal choice for professional surface finishing.
