3M-237AA Sanding Belts

The 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA cloth sanding belt delivers precise, uniform sanding results with high efficiency. It is based on the advanced pyramid structure, in which ultra-fine micron-grade aluminum oxide grains are applied in the form of small pyramids to a durable fabric backing. These wear away layer by layer during sanding, constantly releasing new, sharp grains. This keeps cutting performance consistent and produces a consistently fine finish.

Compared to conventional abrasives, the Trizact™ belt runs cooler, reduces the risk of overheating, and offers a significantly longer service life. The flexible X-weave backing adapts perfectly to contoured and irregular surfaces, enabling clean, reproducible results. This makes the belt particularly suitable for intermediate and fine sanding as well as for polishing work prior to painting or coating.

The resin-bonded grain structure prevents grain loss even under heavy loads and is also heat-resistant.
