Beschreibung
The 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA cloth sanding belt delivers consistent performance and ensures a high-quality finish. It is based on the microstructured pyramid shape of micron-grade aluminum oxide. During sanding, these pyramids wear down evenly and continuously release fresh grit. This keeps the cutting performance stable and produces a fine, reproducible sanding pattern.
Unlike conventional abrasives, the Trizact™ belt runs cooler, prevents overheating, and offers a significantly longer service life. The robust yet flexible X-weave backing adapts to contours and irregular surfaces. This makes the sanding belt particularly well-suited for intermediate sanding, fine sanding, and polishing prior to painting or coating.
The resin-bonded grit layer offers high heat resistance and prevents grit loss even under heavy use. Thanks to the even grit distribution, fewer work steps are required, reducing both time and costs. The film backing ensures smooth, vibration-free operation and reliably prevents chatter marks.
With a service life up to five times longer compared to standard abrasives, the 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA delivers efficiency, process reliability, and a uniform finish in professional surface finishing.
