The hook-and-loop tape consists of two self-adhesive components coated with synthetic rubber, which are permanently bonded to the substrate and can be re-sealed to each other several thousand times as needed.
3M™ hook-and-loop tape consists of two components whose connection to each other can be reclosed several thousand times as needed. One component has small hooks, the other has flexible loops that are joined together by light pressure. This enables a controllable, concealed connection system for releasable fastening. Applications for the product can be found, for example, in the automotive and advertising sectors. The synthetic rubber adhesive is suitable for various substrates, such as low-energy surfaces (including PP and PE).
