The 3M™ Dual Lock™ Hook-and-Loop Tape SJ3540 features a synthetic rubber adhesive on the smooth backing of the black hook-and-loop fastener. It is suitable for bonding various plastic materials, powder-coated surfaces, and other materials with low surface energy. Our hook-and-loop tape features 40 mushroom-shaped heads per cm² and is 5.8 mm thick when closed.

The 3M™ Dual Lock™ Hook-and-Loop Tape SJ3540 is designed for attachment to many plastic materials (acrylic, polycarbonate, and AS), powder-coated surfaces, and materials with low surface energy (polypropylene and polyethylene). This polyolefin hook-and-loop tape features 40 hooks per cm² and a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive on the back. This pressure-sensitive tape retains at least 50% of its original tensile strength after 1,000 open-close cycles, ensuring long-term reliability. This product offers long-term resistance to temperatures up to 50 °C (70 °C for short periods) and is intended for indoor use only.
