The tesa® 4576 is a highly flexible, single-sided adhesive tape with a PET/cellulose non-woven backing and an acrylate adhesive, which was specially developed for applications requiring high air and gas permeability. It impresses with its elasticity, conformability, and water resistance while also being vapor-tight, age-resistant, and easy to tear by hand. Thanks to the unique combination of backing material and adhesive system, the tape provides reliable sealing while simultaneously equalizing pressure, making it ideal for foaming processes in industrial applications—for example, in refrigerator insulation or in automotive manufacturing during the production of dashboards.
