3M™ UHMW (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight) Polyethylene Sliding Adhesive Tapes have a highly slippery surface due to their low coefficient of friction. They also offer excellent abrasion resistance. The optimal combination of these properties makes these adhesive tapes particularly suitable for use as sliding tapes. These tapes are also self-lubricating and resistant to moisture and many chemicals. They repel most dry or paste-like substances and have good puncture and impact resistance. 3M sliding tapes are available in various thicknesses and with different adhesive formulations.
