Beschreibung
The 3M™ 5419 High-Temperature Polyimide Adhesive Tape is a 0.07 mm thick, gold-colored adhesive tape with polyimide film and heat-resistant silicone adhesive, which was specifically developed for applications in the high-temperature range. It retains its dimensional stability even at high temperatures and can be removed without leaving residue without softening. Thanks to its low electrostatic charge, it reliably protects sensitive electronic components—ideal for masking solder joints on printed circuit boards. Productivity is increased by the elimination of post-processing, while surfaces remain optimally protected, reducing the need for repairs. The tape is halogen-free in accordance with IEC 61249-2-21 and is available with either a polyethylene or cardboard core.
