Beschreibung
The 3M™ 3929 is a retroreflective polyester film designed for thermal transfer printing and reliable barcode recognition over long distances. It is ideal for use with long-range scanners from leading manufacturers such as Symbol Technologies, PSC, or Hand Held Products.
Thanks to its retroreflective surface, the scanning range can be significantly extended with compatible devices—especially for wider barcodes. The film is based on the high-performance 3M™ Adhesive 200, which sits on a CCK paper liner and provides a secure hold on a wide variety of substrates.
The label material is weatherproof, UV-resistant, and ideal for outdoor use, e.g., for shelf labeling or location identification. For optimal processing, use in a roll-to-roll printing process is recommended—fan-folding is not suitable.
