The 3M™ Polyethylene Adhesive Tape 480 is a highly flexible adhesive tape specifically designed for durable outdoor applications. Its stretchable polyethylene backing easily conforms to textured or three-dimensionally shaped surfaces, while the special acrylic adhesive enables a permanently transparent bond.
The tape offers excellent chemical, solvent, and UV resistance as well as very good abrasion resistance. It remains reliably sealed even at low temperatures and exhibits low water vapor permeability. This makes it ideal for applications requiring long-term durability in outdoor environments.
