Beschreibung
The 3M™ Scotchcal™ Opaque Color Film Series 100 is a cast PVC film with a thickness of 50 µm and a transparent, solvent-based adhesive that can be removed with heat if necessary. It is specifically designed for use on computer-controlled cutting plotters and delivers excellent flatness on roll-to-roll and flatbed plotters.
The film is ideal for producing delicate fine lettering and detailed graphics and offers excellent weeding properties even after extended storage. It can be processed using both hot and cold die-cutting and can be applied not only to flat surfaces but also to slightly curved substrates, over rivets, and into shallow beads.
With a service life of up to 12 years, it is particularly durable and, thanks to ABG approval, is also suitable for applications on vehicle windows. The transparent adhesive also makes it the ideal choice for use on glass and other transparent surfaces.
Depending on the format, the SCPS-100 (large applications) or SCPS-2 (small applications) adhesive tapes are recommended for transfer.
