Beschreibung
3M™ Copper Shielding Tape 1345 with an embossed and tin-plated surface provides reliable EMC shielding, grounding, and ESD dissipation. Thanks to its embossed structure, the foil penetrates the adhesive layer in a targeted manner, creating a secure electrical connection between the substrate and the carrier material. The tin plating not only ensures excellent solderability but also protects the copper foil from oxidation and discoloration. With a thickness of just 0.102 mm and a low resistance of 1 milliohm, the tape delivers excellent conductivity. The integrated protective film enables easy handling and precise die-cutting. The tape is flame-retardant per UL 510, solvent-resistant, RoHS-compliant, and designed for applications up to 600 V at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +130 °C.
