Beschreibung
The 3M™ embossed, tin-plated copper shielding tape 1345 combines a robust copper foil with a durable acrylic adhesive and is specifically designed for EMC shielding, grounding, and electrostatic dissipation. Thanks to its embossed structure, the backing material reliably penetrates the adhesive layer, ensuring stable contact between the substrate and the foil. The tin plating ensures excellent solderability as well as high resistance to oxidation and corrosion. At just 0.102 mm thick, the tape offers outstanding conductivity with a low resistance of only one milliohm. A removable protective film allows for easy handling and precise die-cutting. The tape is flame-retardant per UL 510, RoHS-compliant, approved for dry applications up to 600 V, and suitable for a temperature range of -40 °C to +130 °C.
