Beschreibung
The 3M™ Copper Foil Shielding Tape 1183 consists of a tin-plated copper foil with a conductive acrylic adhesive and provides a reliable electrical connection from the substrate to the surface. At just 0.066 mm thick, the tape ensures excellent conductivity while maintaining high flexibility. The tin plating facilitates soldering and makes the tape particularly resistant to corrosion. It is also compatible with a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, galvanized steel, or tin alloys. A removable protective film enables fast and clean processing as well as precise die-cutting. The tape is flame-retardant according to UL 510, solvent-resistant, and suitable for use in a temperature range from -40 °C to +130 °C. It is designed for applications up to 600 V and complies with the RoHS 2011/65/EU directive.
