Beschreibung
3M™ Fiberglass Tape 69 is a white, 0.178 mm thick high-performance tape with a 0.140 mm thick fiberglass backing and a coating of non-corrosive, high-temperature-resistant, and flame-retardant silicone adhesive. It is UL-recognized, RoHS-compliant, and QPL-listed (QPL-19166 per MIL-I-19166) and offers excellent resin and paint absorption due to its printable fabric structure.
With a dielectric strength of 3,000 volts and a temperature resistance up to 200 °C (UL) or 180 °C (CSA), it is ideal for demanding electrical insulation applications. The tear- and abrasion-resistant material ensures a long service life even under heavy mechanical stress, such as that encountered in electric motors. Thanks to its flexibility, the tape easily conforms to different surfaces and offers reliable protection against heat radiation. When stored properly according to 3M recommendations, the shelf life is up to 5 years.
