Silver-coated, anisotropically electrically conductive adhesive film with thermoplastic adhesive
The adhesive film electrically and mechanically bonds flexible circuits with medium spacing to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCBs), or LCD screens. The 9703 electrically conductive film offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR-4 epoxy, polyimide, and polyester films. Stable electrical performance in any flexible circuit connection application may require mechanical reinforcement (clamping).
