Its release liner is peelable, allowing for easy handling and straightforward die-cutting. The tape is suitable for dry applications at a rated voltage of 600 V.
3M™ Paper Insulation Tape 1182 features a soft copper foil backing and a pressure-sensitive, electrically conductive acrylic adhesive coating on both sides, ensuring reliable adhesion. The conductive particles in the adhesive ensure low resistance between the substrates and the backing material. Due to its construction, this tape is an effective method for bonding and grounding conductive surfaces. UL-listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
