The 3M™ VHB™ RP+040GF is a 0.4 mm thick, gray high-performance adhesive tape with a conformable acrylic foam core and a strong-bonding acrylate adhesive. It replaces conventional joining methods such as screws, rivets, or welding—cleanly, quickly, and reliably. The virtually invisible bond enables a clean, modern design without visible fasteners.
High initial tack, long-term durability, and resistance to water, UV, chemicals, and temperatures up to 230°C (short-term) make this tape the optimal choice for demanding industrial applications.
