The 3M™ VHB™ MAX-160GF High-Performance Adhesive Tape is a 1.6 mm thick, double-sided acrylic foam adhesive tape in gray, designed for extremely strong, durable, and resilient bonds. With its high adhesive strength, temperature resistance, and adaptability, it replaces conventional mechanical fasteners such as screws, rivets, or welds and ensures even stress distribution in the bond.
The viscoelastic acrylic foam core offers excellent vibration and shock absorption and compensates for thermal expansion between different materials. Thanks to its high shear strength, the 3M™ VHB™ MAX-160GF is particularly suitable for demanding applications on metals, plastics, and painted surfaces.
