The 3M™ VHB™ Max Series Adhesive Tape is a high-performance, acrylic-based double-sided adhesive tape designed to replace mechanical fastening methods, certain welding processes, and liquid adhesives—ideal for applications requiring maximum strength and efficiency. With a lap strength of up to 3.24 MPa (470 psi), it significantly outperforms standard 3M™ VHB™ tape and ensures reliable, durable bonds.

The immediate handling strength of the tape enables significantly faster assembly and processing compared to liquid adhesives. At the same time, the series offers high design flexibility, as narrower bond lines and smaller bonding areas are sufficient to achieve stable and durable results—saving both material and time.
