Reliability across the board: Our 3M™ VHB™ Adhesive Tape 4991, grey, is a 2.3 mm thick, extremely adaptable adhesive tape made from 100% closed-cell acrylate adhesive for permanently strong bonds in both indoor and outdoor applications. It can be applied quickly and easily and offers high-performance, long-lasting durability. It can therefore replace rivets, welds and screws. Use this high-performance, viscoelastic VHB adhesive tape on a wide variety of surfaces, such as powder coatings.

3M VHB high-performance adhesive tapes are double-sided tapes made from closed-cell acrylate adhesive. They offer high adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or textured surfaces can be bonded over the entire surface area without tension. Ideally suited for a wide range of materials with high and medium surface energy, such as metals, plastics, paints or glass. High resistance to plasticisers (e.g. on PVC substrates).
