Beschreibung
The 3M™ VHB™ Tape 4947 is a 1.1 mm thick, black, double-sided high-performance adhesive tape made of viscoelastic acrylic adhesive. It enables fast, clean bonding with immediate serviceability and reliably replaces rivets, screws, welds, or liquid adhesives.
Thanks to its high conformability, the tape bonds materials with medium to high surface energy permanently and without tension. It absorbs vibrations and shocks, reliably seals against water and moisture, and enables the use of thinner, lighter materials. Its high resistance to plasticizers makes it particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications.
