3M Adhesive Tape 4941P

The 3M™ VHB™ Tape 4941 is a high-performance, double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness of 1.1 mm and a gray, viscoelastic acrylate adhesive. It was specifically developed for applications requiring permanent adhesion, flexibility, and durability—even with different materials and complex geometries.

This tape provides an immediate bond through pressure-sensitive adhesive technology and is ideal as a replacement for mechanical fasteners such as screws, rivets, or welds. This saves time and eliminates additional steps such as drilling or grinding.

Thanks to its high adaptability, it adheres reliably to materials with medium to high surface energy, such as metals, painted surfaces, plastics, or glass. Its high resistance to plasticizers also makes it ideal for use on soft PVC. At the same time, the tape compensates for tension, dampens vibrations, and provides lasting protection against water, moisture, and external influences.
