Beschreibung
The 3M™ VHB™ Tape 4936 is a 0.6 mm thick, double-sided high-performance adhesive tape in gray, developed for demanding industrial applications. It combines high conformability, strong adhesion, and excellent resistance to plasticizers and is ideal for materials with medium to high surface energy such as metal, glass, plastic, paint, and soft PVC.
The high-performance acrylate adhesive ensures durable bonds that hold even under demanding conditions. The adhesive tape can replace mechanical fasteners such as screws, rivets, or welds—thereby eliminating the need for drilling, grinding, welding, and post-processing. Thanks to its viscoelastic properties, it absorbs vibrations and shocks and creates a permanent seal against water, moisture, and dirt.
