3M 5925F Black Adhesive Tape

3M™ VHB™ Tape 5925F in black is a 0.6 mm thick, double-sided high-performance tape made of modified acrylic adhesive. It enables fast, easy bonding with immediate service strength thanks to its pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The virtually invisible adhesive bond ensures a clean, optimized design and, in many cases, replaces mechanical joining methods such as rivets, screws, or welds. This eliminates time-consuming steps such as drilling, grinding, finishing, or cleaning.

With its high dynamic load absorption, the VHB™ adhesive tape reliably reduces vibrations and shocks while creating a permanent seal against water and moisture. It is suitable for a wide range of materials—from smooth and textured surfaces to powder-coated metals, plastics (except soft PVC), and glass.

Thanks to its viscoelastic properties, the tape adapts perfectly to uneven surfaces and allows for the bonding of thinner, lighter, or dissimilar materials with narrow joint lines. In many applications, a primer is not even required.
