3M 5925F Black Adhesive Tape

3M™ VHB™ 5915 is a black, double-sided high-performance adhesive tape with a thickness of 0.4 mm, specifically developed for industrial applications with demanding requirements for adhesion, load-bearing capacity, and adaptability. The combination of viscoelastic acrylic adhesive and a flexible structure ensures a strong bond—even on difficult surfaces such as powder-coated or textured materials.

Thanks to its excellent initial adhesion, mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, or welds can be replaced in many cases. At the same time, the tape improves the appearance by creating hidden joints and enables more efficient assembly—without any drilling, grinding, or additional cleaning work.

VHB™ 5915 reliably absorbs vibrations and shocks while providing a tight barrier against moisture. Thanks to its strong adhesive strength even on thin or lightweight materials, it is ideal for applications where design, weight, and durability are equally important.
