3M™ Transfer Adhesive Tape 7965MP is a robust and precise solution for industrial bonding applications requiring high shear strength, temperature resistance, and a clean appearance. It is based on the proven acrylic adhesive of the 3M™ 200MP series and is a 132 µm thick variant of the 468MP with release liner on both sides.
The high-performance adhesive film provides reliable adhesion and remains stable even under demanding conditions. It exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, solvents, and UV radiation, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Even at elevated temperatures, the tape maintains its high shear strength and durable adhesive strength.
PE-coated release liners on both sides enable clean, controlled application and make the 3M™ 7965MP particularly well-suited for die-cutting and embossing processes. Minimal adhesive bleed at the edges ensures precise results and a high-quality finish—especially for visible applications such as front films or nameplates.
