Beschreibung
The 3M™ 7956MP is a 167-micron-thick, double-sided adhesive spacer film with a 51-micron-thick polyester backing. It is coated on both sides with a 58 µm thick high-performance adhesive from the 200MP series, which ensures reliable adhesion to metals and plastics with high surface energy. The covers consist of 107 µm thick, PE-coated, printed release paper with excellent flatness—ideal for precise die-cutting processes and easy further processing.
This spacer film is ideal for the secure separation of circuits in membrane keyboards. It ensures consistent, repeatable switching operations and a long service life—even with frequent key use. The 7956MP is resistant to moisture, solvents, UV radiation, and high temperatures. It also applies cleanly and leaves no residue.
