3M Spacer Film

• 294 µm thick spacer film with 200MP adhesive and protective liner on both sides. Climate-stable, PE-coated release liners on both sides (107 µm). Both release liners are printed.

The 3M™ 7961MP Spacer Film consists of a 178 µm thick polyester backing film coated on both sides with a 58 µm thick 200MP Series high-performance adhesive. The product is equipped on both sides with a 107 µm thick, moisture-resistant, PE-coated release liner with good flatness properties.

The 3M™ 7961MP Spacer Film enables clean separation of circuits in membrane keyboards to achieve high switching reliability. Thanks to its high shear strength, our spacer film withstands the stresses caused by repeated actuation of the membrane keyboard. Easy and clean to apply. Our spacer film offers excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture, and solvents. Due to its stability, it is ideal for die-cutting, e.g., using strip steel cutting. Our spacer film consists of a polyester carrier film coated on both sides with a high-performance acrylate adhesive. It features a protective liner on both sides made of climate-stable, PE-coated paper with good flatness properties. Both protective liners are printed.
