Beschreibung
The 3M™ 7945MP is a 141-µm-thick, double-sided adhesive spacer film with a high-performance acrylic adhesive (200MP series) on both sides of a 25-µm-thick polyester backing. Protected on both sides by a PE-coated, printed release liner (107 µm) that can be easily die-cut and processed.
This spacer film is ideal for electrically isolating circuits in membrane keyboards while providing reliable adhesion to metals and high-surface-energy plastics. It is particularly resistant to moisture, chemicals, UV radiation, and high temperatures—ensuring long-term stable and clean bonds without delamination or contamination.
The high shear strength of the adhesive layer ensures that functionality is maintained even with frequent key actuation. This makes the 7945MP an excellent solution for precise, durable, and reliable switching mechanisms.
