3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP 270 is a hard, two-component epoxy-based structural adhesive for the EPX system. This product, which offers a long working time, is also used as a potting compound for electronics and possesses good thermal and electrical properties even when exposed to moisture. Furthermore, the potting compound exhibits only a slight exothermic reaction during curing and does not corrode copper. Scotch-Weld DP 270 is UL-listed and has been developed for bonding metals as well as for potting and protecting electrical and electronic components.
