3M™ Flat Finish Stone Chip Protection is an aerosol stone chip protection coating with a flat finish.
Protect vehicle body parts from stone chips with 3M™ Stone Chip Protection. Our stone chip protection coating dries quickly and offers excellent resistance to stone chips. The open time is 10–15 minutes, and after two hours of drying at normal temperature, the product can be painted over with air- or oven-drying paints. For water-based paints, a primer is recommended to achieve the best possible adhesion. If you let the product stand overnight before coating, roughen the coating with 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Ultrafine (gray).
